I have been getting some feedback from y'all on the exercises and I am loving it!
The final part in the series of respiratory exercises from the last two weeks was meditation. Meditation is so powerful and can affect so many aspects of your body - physically, mentally and emotionally. Below are some ways it supports respiratory health.

Overall, regular meditation practice may be beneficial for respiratory health, especially when combined with other healthy lifestyle habits such as regular exercise and a balanced diet.
